- Chicken breast 100g
- Wheat floor 30g
- onion tomato green chilli green coriander 100g
- oil 5 gms
- Spices of choice
Cut chicken to very small pieces, shred or mince if possible
Heat oil, add onion tomatoes and green chilli, saute for one minute
Add chicken and spices, saute till cooked, approx 4 minutes, finish with green corriander
Make a big chapati and put oil on both sides
Spread chicken in the chapati and make a roll. If macros allow you can first put a layer of mayonaise as well.
wrap the bottom part in foil and serve.
