- Chicken breast 100 gm
- Egg White : 2
- Wheat flour 40 gm
- Cheese slice 1
- Ghee 5 gm
- 1 spoon curd
- Salt, black pepper, Coriander powder and green chillies
- 1/2 spoon green chilli and tomato sauce ( as per your taste and macros)
- Coriander leaves ( for garnishing)
Marinate small pieces of chicken breast in salt, black pepper and little bit curd and refrigerate for 30-60 mins
Cook marinated chicken with coriander powder, onion, salt and green chillies in 5gms of ghee on a non-stick for about 10-15 mins and keep aside.
Take dough of 40 gms wheat flour and make a thin but big paratha and half cook on a non-stick pan. Add the egg whites on top of paratha and cook nicely from both sides.
Spread some green chilly and tomato sauce on paratha, cut the cheese slice into two parts and spread on the roll, add chicken and some chopped onion, roll and enjoy. Too filling and completely blasts the taste buds. The chicken can be cooked in different flavours of your choice too
