How to make Chicken Roganjosh ❤️
Step-1
Heat oil in a pan and add elachi,cloves,ginger garlic paste and dry methi leaves,cumin and sauté for 2 min
Step-2
Add chicken and cover with lid.cook at med flame for 5-6min
Step-3
Add salt,turmeric and red chilli powder and cook for 5 more minutes
Step-4
Add puréed tomatoes and cook at high flame without cover till oil starts coming on the sides
Step-5
Brisk curd and add it now and mix well.add fennel seeds powder & dry ginger powder &cook for 1 min
Step-6
Add 1 cup water or more as per consistency Required
Step-7
Cook for 2 min with out lid
Step-8
Turn off flame and it’s ready to serve

Garnish with coriander and serve hot with rice/roti
