Chicken Pot pie
- Maida - 60 g
- Chicken - 150 gm ( boiled and shredded)
- Water which was used to boiled chicken
- Oil -8g
- Butter - 10g
- Carrot and green peas - 20 g each. You can use vegetables of your choice
- Milk - 25g
- Salt, black pepper powder and oregano as per taste
Mix 8 g of oil with maida. Make thick dough using cold water. Let it rest
In a pan, heat butter and fry onion until translucent
Add, 10 g maida to it and fry it for 60-90 sec. Add chicken stock to it and mix well. Ensure that there are no lumps in it and cook it for 1-2 min.
Add milk to it and cook again for 60-90 sec. add salt, pepper and oregano to it.
Add veggies and shredded chicken to it. Cook it for another 5-6 min. Adjust the thickness with the chicken stock and ensure that it is not very runny
Roll dough and place it in the mould.Put the above mix in it and cover it with another layer.
Bake it for 20-25 min at 180 in a preheated oven
