- Chicken breast 200gm White rice 70gm Ghee 20gm Onion 100gm Tomato 100gm
Fry out onion and tomato in ghee or oil and then add raw chicken yo it directly and add salt , red chilli and turmeric to it and close the lid. Let all juices from chicken comes out and then add ginger garlic paste or fresh ones can be used and then let the chicken cook properly and at last add some chicken marsala for taste and it's done. For chicken don't use fresh chicken otherwise it will be a lot chewy . Refrigerate it till it becomes hard solid and then let it cool down on own and then use for cooking.
