Chicken Pizza with Sweet potato wedges
- 1 Chicken Breast
- 30g Dolmio or Ragu Sauce
- 30g mixed peppers
- 15g 30% less fat mild cheese (cheese of your choice)
- 95g Sweet Potato
1. If using raw chicken breast, slit in the middle thin down slightly.
2. Bake slightly on both sides.
3. Layer one side with sauce and top with peppers or topping of your choice.
4. Sprinkle with cheese and bake together with sweet potato until brown.
