1. Take the ghee in the pan and add chicken breast to it, cook them well for 7-8mins. 2. Add soya sauce, salt and pepper to the chicken and mix well. 3. Take the cooked chicken and place it in a bowl 4.Take your pita bread heat it on the same pan. 5. Now spread thousand island sauce on the pita bread, add the chicken mixture on top. 6.
