How to make Chicken Periperi

Step-1

Marinate chicken with above ingredients and leave them over night preferably or atleast 1 hour

Step-2

make big slits in the chicken so that masala can enter well

Step-3

Since I made it in electric grill I had to brush only 5 gms oil

Step-4

In case making it in pan increase oil, once tawa or pan is hot add chicken to it cook on high flame for 3 mins each side then reduce the flame and add little water and cook with lid on, this is the secret to tender restaurant style soft chicken

Step-5

FRY till u get the desire consistency outside
