Ingredients for Chicken Patty's!
- › 210 grams chicken breast
- › Salad
- › Salt and pepper for seasoning.
- › Olive Oil
- › One Egg
- › Ginger-Garlic (Optional)
Method
1. Mince the chicken seasoning it well with salt, pepper, Ginger and garlic.
2. Form 3 patties of 70 gms each
3. Add olive oil on the pan and grill your patties till done (approximately 4 minutes each side on low-medium flame)
4. Crack open the egg on the pan and season it.
5. Serve with blanched broccoli and cherry tomato salad.
6. Enjoy!
