- 210 grams chicken breast
- Salt and pepper for seasoning.
- Olive Oil
- One Egg
- Ginger-Garlic (Optional)
Mince the chicken seasoning it well with salt, pepper, Ginger and garlic.
Form 3 patties of 70 gms each
Add olive oil on the pan and grill your patties till done (approximately 4 minutes each side on low-medium flame)
Crack open the egg on the pan and season it.
Serve with blanched broccoli and cherry tomato salad.
