Ingredients for Chicken patty
- › 250 grm chicken 1 tea spoon turmeric Salt as per taste 2 tea spoon lime juice 15 grm onion 1 table spoon fresh corriender 1/2tea spoon garam masala 2 tea spoon corn flour 1 table spoon bread crumbs 2 table spoon oil
1. First marinate the chicken with all the ingredients except for corriender and onion. Mix it well and grind it. After that keep it aside for 1 hour. Then chopped the onion and corriender and mix with the chicken. At last make small balls and shallow fry it.
