How to make chicken paratha
Step-1
marinate the minced chicken with soy sauce, ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper and chilis
Step-2
cook the above mixture on a low flame stiring continuously. I didn't use oil for this process
Step-3
knead the aata into a dough
Step-4
roll out the dough into a thin chapati
Step-5
add the cooked chicken stuffing
Step-6
fold the edges of the chapati such that the filling is inside the chapati
Step-7
roast on a tawa adding 5 g of ghee or oil
Step-8
roast on both sides until cooked. cook a low flame to avoid burning and to use less oil
Step-9
