- Minced chicken 100 gms
- onion 50g
- tomato 50g
- spices (coriander, chilly powder, salt, amchur, turmeric) as per taste
- oil 5gms
- ginger garlic paste
- 30 gms aata
Add oil to a pan
Add Add ginger garlic paste
Add onions and saute till translucent
Add tomatoes and cook for a minute
Add chicken and spices
Saute everything for 4 to 5 minutes till chicken cooks
Make two very thin rotis. Stuffing mixture in two rotis help stuff lot of mixture.
Stuff the chicken mixture in between two rotis and roll.
cook like regular paratha and enjoy with chutney or any Sabji.
