How to make Chicken Mushroom Masala
Step-1
Step 1: Cut chicken breast into small cubes and marinade them with salt and redchilly powder. Add 20 gms ghee in a flat bottom nonstick pan and put onions to fry. Fry them till they are golden brown . Now add chopped tomatoes to it and let it cook for another 5-7 mins. Now add ginger and garlic paste to it and fry the masala. Before switching off gas put tandoori chicken masala to it.Transfer the mixture to a blender and grind the paste once it cools.
Step-2
Step 2 : Now in the same pan add remaining ghee and sauté both chicken and mushrooms separately and take them down once little golden brown in colour.
Step-3
Step 3: Final step of cooking would be adding the blended masala in the reheated pan let it cook for 2 mins and add chicken to it . Check the salt and let it cook for 5 mins under cover. After chicken is cook completely and little warm water around 200 ml .add fried mushrooms and stir it for 2-3 times.Take it out in a serving dish and garnish with coriander leaves finely chopped. You can have it either with rice or roti.
