  • Recipe Ingredients listSpinach - 100 grams
  • Recipe Ingredients listCheese (diced) - 30 grams
  • Recipe Ingredients listSalt, pepper, chaat masala, garlic paste and jeera powder

Direction

Step-1

Add the spinach leaves to a pan on a high flame (don't use water or oil), just dry the spinach leaves and cook them, keep moving it around, set it aside once done.

Step-2

Crumble the paneer and mix with the grated cheese and the spinach, add some salt, pepper, 1 tsp chaat masala and a little pinch or 2 of jeera powder.

Step-3

Mince the chicken and mix salt,pepper and ginger garlic paste in it and mix witht the paneer, cheese and palak mixture nicely.

Step-4

On a pan take some butter and make balls out of the batter and cook it nicely in the pan.

Step-5

Be careful to balance the salt and oepper as it's used both in the chicken and in the other mixture.

Step-6

Enoy the delicious and easy and protein packed meatballs!

Do the balls form? What do you use to bind? When I ground the soya chinka and paneer I could not bind it to form tikkis
