Ingredients

  • Recipe Ingredients listChicken Breast Mince (300 gms)
  • Recipe Ingredients listOnion (10 gms)
  • Recipe Ingredients listGinger and Garlic paste, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, chilly flakes, coriander powder and fresh coriander leaves (as per taste)
  • Recipe Ingredients listOil (5gms)

Direction

Step-1

In a bowl, take the chicken mince, add all the mentioned ingredients and mix them well. Keep it aside for about an hour in the fridge.

Step-2

Once marinated for an hour, roll the mix into small rounds and place them on a baking tray. In the meantime, preheat the oven on 200 degrees for about 3 mins. Also, don't forget to brush the baking tray before placing the chicken balls on it so they do not stick.

Step-3

Now, bake them for like 10 to12 mins. Keep checking on them in between and keep flipping so they are evenly cooked. Once done, serve them hot with mint/coriander chutney.
