Chicken Breast Mince (300 gms)
Onion (10 gms)
Ginger and Garlic paste, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, chilly flakes, coriander powder and fresh coriander leaves (as per taste)

Step-1
In a bowl, take the chicken mince, add all the mentioned ingredients and mix them well. Keep it aside for about an hour in the fridge.
Step-2
Once marinated for an hour, roll the mix into small rounds and place them on a baking tray. In the meantime, preheat the oven on 200 degrees for about 3 mins. Also, don't forget to brush the baking tray before placing the chicken balls on it so they do not stick.
Step-3
Now, bake them for like 10 to12 mins. Keep checking on them in between and keep flipping so they are evenly cooked. Once done, serve them hot with mint/coriander chutney.
