Chicken meat balls in stir fried veggies and Rice

Chicken Breast 200 gm
Rice 50 gm
Sesame Oil 10 gm
Veggies- Onion,bellpeppers,spring onion,corainder
Sauce- Hot Garlic or Schezwan Stir fry
Spices- oregano,chilli flakes,garlic powder,onion flakes
Corn Flour 1 tea spoon
Sesame seeds for garnishing
Direction
Step-1
For meat balls
Add chopped onions,corainder,garlic powder,onion flakes,oregani,cumin powder,chilli flakes salt and 1 egg white to minced chicken breast.
Make small balls of equal size.
Bake at 200 degrees for 15-20 mins.
Step-2
For Stir fry veggies
Add oil to a pan
Add onion + veggies and cook at high flame for 10 mins and keep stirring.
Add salt,black pepper,soya sauce,vinegar
Add chicken meat balls and schezwan sauce or hot garlic sauce and cook for 5 minutes
Mix corn flour in water and add to the pan.
Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with steamed rice!
