- Chicken breast 250gm Onion 100gm Tomato 100gm Mustard oil 15 gms Green chilly 2pcs Tej patta 3 Ginger garlic paste Whole garam masala: black pepper, dalchini, badi ilaichi, chhoti ilaichi, jeera, laung. Spices: salt, black pepper, red chilly powder, turmeric powder Water as required.
Make a paste using ginger, garlic, gota garam masala, Tej patta, green chilly, red chilly powder and little water, and keep it aside. Take a pan, add oil, Tej patta and jeera, after that add onions, cook it till it get golden brown in colour. Add some salt and turmeric powder and add chicken. Cover it and let it get half cooked. After that add the masala paste to it, spices and tomato and cover the lid again till it gets completely cooked.
