Ingredients for Chicken Liver Fry with Colourful Veggies
- › Chicken Liver 220gm
- › Capsicum 200gm
- › Oil 25gm
- › Mushroom 100gm
Method
1. Saute Veggies In 10 ml oil.
2. Fry Onion Chilli into 15ml oil and add marinated Chicken Liver.
3. Fry Liver keep the lid closed.
4. Serve Hot.
