Direction

Step-1

Boil Chicken and shred using hand

Step-2

Add mashed boiled potato and panner to shredded chicken Form a dough like consistency and add salt

Step-3

Create small portion and make kofta

Step-4

Put 5 gm butter in nonstick pan and put all koftas

Step-5

Let them cook for 2 min each side with covered pan and keep aside

Step-6

Grate tomatos to make puree

Step-7

Put tomato puree in same pan without butter

Step-8

Add curd,salt and masala and cook for 2-3 minutes

Step-9

Add cooked kofta into the gravy and stir for few seconds

Step-10

Put veggies in pan and add cooked rice for making vegetable rice
