Chicken Breast - 150 g
Chana Dal - 50g
Onion -50g
Oil -10
Handful of chopped coriander leaves
Chopped green chilli as per taste
Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
Garlic - 10 cloves
Black cardamom-1
Black pepper kernels - 2
Cumin and coriander seeds - 1 tsp each
Salt to taste
Direction
Step-1
Boil dal upto two whistles. This step is not required if dal was soaked for about 2-3 hours
Step-2
Add chicken in the same pressure cooker along with salt and spices. Boil it with dal upto two whistles.
Step-3
Take out the chicken and cut it into the pieces and put it back to the pressure cooker. Cook this without lid until excess water is evaporated
Step-4
Remove cardamom and cinnamon stick, grind the mix and add chopped coriander leaves and chilli to it
Step-5
Shape it in the form of kebab and fry it on low heat
