Curd -45gms
Fresh cream -40gms
Cashews -10
Oil -20gms
1 large onion
2 green chilli
3 clove, 3 cardamom , 1 inch cinnamon
2 tsp gg paste
2tsp coriander powder
1/4tsp cumin powder
salt & black pepper as per taste
1 tbsp each kasuri methi and lemon juice
1/2tsp garam masala
1 tsp honey / stevia / sugar
1 tbsp whole black pepper coarsely ground
Direction
Step-1
Heat water in a pan. once it comes to boil add chopped onion, chilli n cashews for 8-10 mins
Step-2
Remove pan from heat, let cool. Next grind this to a fine paste
Step-3
Heat oil in a pan, add cloves, cardamom and cinnamon
Step-4
Add onion paste and fry for a nice 10-12 mins till there is change in colour or it leaves sides of the pan

Next add ginger garlic paste and fry for another 2-3 mins

Now add chicken and fry for a good 8-10 mins on high heat

add curd n mix well,cook for 4-5 mins

add coriander, cumin, black pepper , salt and cook for 5 mins

add enough water so that the chicken is cooked well enough or u can just add already boiled chicken

once done add lemon juice, kasuri methi, honey and coarse black pepper and fresh cream and mix well

Cook well once done garnish with kasuri methi and coarse black pepper

Use only good quality pepper corns for this dish
