How to make Chicken Kabab with Sumac Rice and Salad
In a bowl, mix chicken mince, ginger garlic paste, spice mix. Marinate for 15mins
Cook rice. Add sumac spice powder to the rice for flavor.
Make some fried onions.
Make kabab shape of the mince. Whisk 2 eggs in a bowl. Roll the kababs in the egg batter and put them in hot oil.
Cook the kababs from all sides. Kabab is ready.
In a bowl, add all salad leaves, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
