Boil the broccoli or pressure cooker them to make them soft. Run through a blender to make a puree.
Heat butter in a pan, add the garlic, celery & mushrooms, sautee for a minute.
Add the broccoli puree, salt and pepper and the boneless chicken cubes. Cover and cook on medium flame for about minutes or untill the chicken is cooked.
Adjust the thickness of the gravy with water. njoy it hot with fresh hot soya rotis
for the rotis: I used : ratio of wheat flour and soya flour. Add husk and salt to it, mix well. kneed using warm water. Divide the dough into parts n roll into rotis. Cook on a tawa for a few minutes on both sides. Apply ghee... The husk and warm water help make the rotis super soft.
