Ingredients for Chicken Hariyali Kebabs
- › Chicken 200grams
- › Cilantro 1 bunch
- › Mint 1 bunch
- › Salt
- › Turmeric
- › Ginger root 1 inch
- › Garlic cloves 4
- › Olive oil 5 grams
- › Yogurt 30 grams
Method
1. Take a blender jar and blend every thing else than chicken and make a paste
2. Cut the chicken and wash
3. Add the green paste and bake it in oven or in air fryer for 20 minutes at 325 degrees heat
4. At 10 minutes turn the pieces upside down even you can use skewers to make it I just used air fryer
5. Take it in to plate after completely chicken cooked well
6. And serve hot enjoy 😊
