How to make Chicken Hariyali
Step-1
In cooker add 2 Gms of oil,onion, halad, ginger garlic paste 2 spoon , salt and sauté till onion turn brown.
Step-2
Add chicken in cooker and saute it well for 5min
Step-3
Only 2 cooker whistles
Step-4
Now for gravy - In one pan pour 2gms of oil and add garlic cloves, shredded dry coconut, 5-6 green chillies and sauté for 2 min. Add this in this grinder with handful of coriander and pudina leaves n grate it . Gravy is ready.
Step-5
Take a pan - Add 4 gms of oil, cumin seeds, chopped onion and sauté till onion turn brown. Then add gravy prepared in previous step. And half cup of water and half spoon of garam masala n let it cook nicely.
Step-6
Now finally add chicken cooked in cooker in Pan.
Let it cook for 45min on lower flame
