How to make Chicken Gharwala Kebab & Egg Whites
Take 200 gm chicken breast, slice and cut in small pieces, wash it with adding few pinch of turmeric powder.
Marinate with pinch of cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and chicken masala. (Some time I replace chicken masala with biryani masala or Garam masala for taste change)
Squeeze half lemon juice in it, and mix well and leave it for 30-45 mins.
Take a pan and pour 1 n half spoon extra virgin olive oil
Spread the oil in the pan and roast the marinated chicken for 5-10 mins on seam flame. time may vary untill it is baked. (I take full chicken breast from shop and slice it very thin so that it get baked pretty fast)
Egg whites, doesn't require any steps, you know what to do.
