  • Recipe Ingredients list45 g rice (measured dry and then cooked)
  • Recipe Ingredients listseasoning: 1 tbspn soya sauce, 1 tspn vinegar
  • Recipe Ingredients listsalt and pepper to taste

Direction

Step-1

heat a wok and add soy sauce and vinegar

Step-2

add chicken immediately and stir fry in the sauce

Step-3

once chicken is cooked, add mixed vegetables, seasoning, salt and pepper

Step-4

mix well and let the veggies half cook

Step-5

add cooked rice and saute for 2 min
