How to make Chicken fried rice
Step-1
Boil Basmati rice and keep it aside.
Step-2
Take thin slices of chicken breast and marinate it with salt and lemon. After 30 mins take 3gms butter in non-stick pan and saute chicken pieces.
Step-3
Once chicken is done keep it aside. In the same pan add 10 ghee. Add finely chopped ginger, garlic and green chili. Once it's done add your vegetable and saute it in a high to medium flame.
Step-4
Veggies should be bit crunchy not too soft.
Step-5
Now add fried chicken and boiled rice. Add salt, white pepper powder, soy sauce and vinegar. Mix everything well.
Step-6
Allow it to cook for 5-6 minutes. At last add some chopped spring onion.
Step-7
In a another pan add 2g ghee and make half fry. Enjoy it with fried rice.
