chicken fried rice
- rice-50gm roasted/grilled chicken breast-150gm capsicum-50gm cabbage -50gm onion- 1/2 green chillies-3 garlic pods- 3 soy sauce- 1tbsp egg(for omlette)-1 ghee- 5ml
boil 50gm rice and let it cool down add ghee in a pan put onion and stir fry till it's golden brown add garlic and green chillies fry for a minute add capsicum n cabbage and cook till it's crunchy cut the roasted chicken breast in small pieces and cook for 2 mins add salt, soy sauce and mix thoroughly now add boiled rice and mix it well. serve it on a plate and top it up with an omlette.
