How to make Chicken Fried Rice

Step-1

Chop the chicken into small small pieces and marinate it with salt and turmeric powder. Keep it aside

Step-2

boil the beans and capsicum a lil bit. Keep it aside.

Step-3

Cook the rice with the water that you used to boil the beans and capsicum. Thus nothing of the goodness of veggies will be thrown away. Keep the cooked rice aside.

Step-4

Heat up a pan and add 2-3gm of Ghee.

Step-5

Add the chicken pieces and cook them.

Step-6

After the chicken is cooked, take them out and keep it aside.

Step-7

Add rest of the ghee and half of the chopped garlic.

Step-8

Then add the Onion and cook it for a minute.

Step-9

Add the boiled Beans and Capsicum. Cook it for sometime.

Step-10

Add rest of the garlic. Mix everything well.

Step-11

Add the cooked rice and mix everything well.

Step-12

Add salt as per your taste.

Step-13

At last add the cooked chicken pieces and mix everything well.

Step-14

fry the whole thing for sometime.

Tasty Chicken fried rice is ready 😁.
