Chicken egg pulao!
- 150gm chicken breast 3 whole eggs 20gm olive oil Onion 100gm Spices ( salt, black pepper, red chilly powder, turmeric powder) Ginger garlic paste 1tsp Rice 40gm
Marinate chicken using spices and ginger garlic paste and keep aside in the refrigerator for few hours. Airfry the marinated chicken for 15 mins. Now shred the chicken into small pieces. In a pan, add oil, chopped onion, spices, shredded chicken and scrambled eggs. Now add rice, cook for sometime and it is ready to serve.
