Ingredients for chicken egg burji
- › whole egg 2 no.
- › boiled chicken breast 100 gm
- › broccoli 50 gm
- › green onion 50 gm
- › spinach 70 gm
- › Capsicum 50 gm
- › carrot 40 gm
- › turmeric 1 tsp
- › black pepper as per taste
- › salt as per taste
- › cumin powder as per taste
- › tomato 1 medium
- › Corliender leaves as per taste
- › water as per requirement
Method
1. boil chicken breast turmeric, salt with little water in pressure cooker for 2 vessle, shred chicken and keep aside. cut your vegies and stir fry them. wisk egg with salt black pepper and pour on you veggies, keep flame low add shredder chicken and wait until get cooked properly, garnish with Corriender and serve hot.
