Chicken breast skinless raw and grounded 100 grams
Maida or APF 50 grams
Cornstarch 20 grams
Cabbage chopped fine 30 g
Capsicum chopped fine 30 g Ginger garlic paste or grated 10 grams
Soy sauce 10 ml , salt and pepper
Direction
Step-1
Take maida , cornstarch, pinch of salt in a bowl and mix well
Step-2
Using warm water make a firm dough ( not too hard)
Step-3
In the chicken mince , add soy sauce , fine chopped cabbage , bell peppers, salt and ginger garlic paste
Step-4
Mix well with chicken mince and knead a bit ( should be like dough)
Step-5
Now place a steamer with 4 cups of water on stove and grease the steamer pan with few drops of oil or simple place some shredded long cabbage to avoid sticking of dumplings
Step-6
Make small puris ( circles ) out of maida dough using rolling pin ( divide dough equally)
Step-7
Stuff chicken mince mixture and either make pleats with hand or fold simply as shown in picture or use mould
Step-8
Place them in steamer maintaining an inch distance from each other and steam on medium flame for 20 minutes covered
