Ingredients for Chicken dry punjabi style.
- › Chicken with bones -170g
- › Onion - 100g
- › Tomatoes -100g
- › Garlic - 4cloves
- › Ghee - 10g
- › Curd - 15g
Method
1. 1. Marinate the chicken with chilli powder, tumeric powder and 1tbsp ginger garlic paste and set it aside. 2. Chop up onion, tomatoes, garlic finely. 3. Add ghee to the pan and throw in some cumin and mustard seeds, now throw in the garlic and onion and cook until soft. 4. Add tomatoes and with that salt,chilli powder and dhaniya powder to taste, cook until soft. 5. Now add the marinated chicken and mix it all together. 6. Add 1/2 glass of water. 7. Cover with lid and let it cook for 25-30mins.(mix in between) Enjoy it with roti, bread or rice.
