Ingredients for chicken dil biryani
- › Chciken 100gm
- › Dil leaves 100 gm
- › Rice 60gm
- › 1 tea spoon ginger garlic paste
- › Salt to taste 1/2 tea spoon or as per your taste
- › 1 /2 tea spoon Biryani masala . I used Shaan biryani masala or less than that as per your taste
- › 1 /2 tea spoon chilli powder or less than that as per your taste
- › Ghee/butter/oil 10gm
- › Water -350 ml
1. 1. In a pan Heat oil 2. Add onion , Tomato and fry for a min 3. Add ginger garlic paste and chicken , coriander fry for few min 4. Add biryani masala powder, salt and chilli powder 5. Add rice and water 6. Add water and cook with medium flame. 7. Tasty biryani ready .
