How to make chicken curry (Delhi style)
Step-1
at high flame stir chicken onion ginger garlic chillies black pepper and bay leaf (1 med size onion) in 15gm ghee
Step-2
add salt to taste, Shan chicken jalfrezi masala, and kasoori methi.
Step-3
add freshly pureed tomatoes (2 tomatoes)
Step-4
sauté, stir
Step-5
let it cook in low flame till oil separates
