How to make Chicken Chilli Ghee Roast
Step-1
1. Roast the chicken on a non stick pan till half cooked and keep it aside (Without oil or ghee)
Step-2
2. Keep the chilli soaked in water for sometime and grind it in a mixer with curry leaves, corriander powder and onion. Make a thick paste
Step-3
3. Heat non stick pan and add ghee onto it, pour the masala paste on the pan and roast it until the raw flavour subsides
Step-4
4. Add half cooked chicken and roast it on medium flame till all the masala properly sticks on the chicken.
Step-5
Note : Add chilli powder as per your taste if the raw chilli is not spicy enough
