Chicken cheese tortilla roll served 3ways mayo
- Wheat flour 50g
- Chicken 100g
- Cheese 2 cubes
- Ghee 10g
- Chilly flakes
In bowl take wheat flour add salt and adding water slowly as required make a soft dough. Cover it in cling film and keep aside
Take chicken marinate with salt and chili flakes and ari fry... Once its done let cool down and shred it...
Roll the dough and make chapati not completely cooked half cooked...
Now in half cooked chapati put cheese chicken and roll the way you like.. Then Air Fry for 5 to 6 mins.
I Served with homemade mayo 3 ways chili, mustard and plain...
