How to make Chicken cheese Pizza
In a pressure cooker, add small chicken pieces, salt, butter and red chilly powder with 4-5 tbsp of water and cook it for 2 to 3 whistles or until chicken becomes tender.
Shred the chicken with help of fork and knife and sprinkle dry tandoori masala.
Now add all chopped veggies and let it saute on medium flame until the water is absorbed and keep it aside.
Roast the pizza base on the flat pan until it's light brown on both the sides. This will give you a crunch.
Now, mix yogurt and Peri-peri sauce and spread it on the pizza base. Top it with the layer of chicken and veggies mixture.
Finally, grate the cheese over it and sprinkle some oregano and let it bake in the oven for about 5 minutes or until cheese melts at 200°C. Enjoy!
