Ingredients for Chicken Cheese & Egg Wrap
- › Baby Spinach
- › Iceberg Lettuce
- › Cherry Tomatoes
- › Red Onion
- › Green Capsicum
- › Boiled Egg 1
- › Airfried Chicken 125g
- › Wrap Base
- › Salt n Pepper
- › Sauces
Method
1. Airfry the chicken strips at 180C for 10-12 minutes. Get a boiled egg ready in parallel.
2. Spread all the ingredients on the wrap base. Drizzle any sauces you can afford within your macro allowance and roll it nicely.
3. Toast the wrap for 1-2 minutes or up to your liking.
