Chicken-200g

Lettuce-150g

Mayonnaise-40g

Olive oil-15g

Bread(Crotons)-50g

Garlic-4 cloves

Lemon juice-1/2 tsp

Salt & Pepper - as per your choice.

Method

Step 1

Caesar dressing : Take a bowl,Add mayo,grated garlic,lemon juice,olive oil,salt & pepper. Mix everything well. Dressing is ready.

Step 2

Chicken : On a pan,add oil once it’s heated add chicken & season with salt & pepper. Let it cook until its done.

Step 3

Crotons : Take bread slices & cut into bite size pieces. Season with salt & pepper & air fry/pan fry in some oil.

Step 4

In a mixing bowl,Add lettuce & all the above prepared ingredients & mix well. Tadaa...Ready to Eat💕
