Chicken breast 150 gm
Low carb veggies 100 gms
Kimchi sauce 15 gms
Mustard sauce 10
Mayonnaise 5 gms
Butter 6 gms
Salt pepper to taste
Chilli flakes to improve the spiciness
Oil 4 gms
Cut the bread into half
Stir fry the chicken with some salt pepper and lemon dressing
Shred the veggies and blanch in hot water and dip in ice cold water to retain crispness
Now marinate the veggies in kimchi sauce and mustard sauce. Add salt, pepper and other seasonings according to your taste
Apply some butter and mayonnaise over the bun and fill the chicken and veggies in between the bun
Grill it in a salamander or eat fresh
Kimchi sauce is tangy and bit hot. Yiu can add pickled vegetables instead of raw vegetables to make it even more tastier
