Ingredients for Chicken Breast Salami
- › chicken breast 250gms
- › Ginger Garlic paste
- › Black Salt as per taste
- › Green Chillies 2
- › Lemon
1. Keep all the ingredients mentioned in the mixer Grinder ans grind all the items together. now put the grinded item in a foil paper. make sure to double the foil paper... give the foil paper desired shape and close it from both the side... make sure sure the grinded item is secured from entering the water into the foil... now boil water and put the foil into the boiling water for around 20 mins... First 10 minutes on high flame and thn on low flame.... now after 20 mins put the foil into the fridger for around 45 mins... after 45 mins our chicken breast salami is ready to eat.
