Chicken breast and Salad
- Chicken breast
1. Beat the chicken breast to make it flat.
2. In a heated non stick pan smeared with butter, place the breast for 1 min and then flip it to the other side.
3. Cover the pan and lower the flame to minimum and keep it intact for 10 min . Do not open the lid.
4. After10 min switch off the gas and let it be for 10 min. do not open the lid.
5 After 10 min take out the chicken breast and slice it to get a juicy one.
6. Chop your favorite and available veggies and add a dash of lime. I like it that way. you may make dressing as you like it.
