Chicken biryani

Chicken breast cut small 250g
Basmati rice 50g
10g Olive Oil
(100g vegetables) 40g finely sliced onions 40g tomatoes 1 green chillie 1tbsp ginger garlic paste 1tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped
half lime
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 coriander powder
1/4 turmeric powder
1/4 garam masala powder
salt to taste
1 cardamom, 1 small piece cinnamon and 2 cloves, 2 pepper corns
Direction
Step-1
Heat oil
Step-2
*Splutter 1 cardamom, 1 small piece cinnamon and 2 cloves, 2 pepper corns
Step-3
* Fry the onions till light golden brown
Step-4
*Stir in the ginger garlic paste and till a nice smell comes
Step-5
* Stir in finely chopped tomato and cook too pulpy
Step-6
*Add the masala powders and salt to taste
Stir this for a couple of minutes
Step-7
*Add the washed and chopped chicken breast.
Step-8
* Fry this mixture nicely till the chicken cooks
Step-9
*Add in the washed rice and stir fry this for 2 minutes.
Step-10
*Add double quantity of water, salt and half a lime
Step-11
*Bring this to a boil and cover and cook on low flame for ten minutes
Step-12
*When the rice is cooked.. Your biryani is ready
