How to make Chicken biryani
*Splutter 1 cardamom, 1 small piece cinnamon and 2 cloves, 2 pepper corns
* Fry the onions till light golden brown
*Stir in the ginger garlic paste and till a nice smell comes
* Stir in finely chopped tomato and cook too pulpy
*Add the masala powders and salt to taste Stir this for a couple of minutes
*Add the washed and chopped chicken breast.
* Fry this mixture nicely till the chicken cooks
*Add in the washed rice and stir fry this for 2 minutes.
*Add double quantity of water, salt and half a lime
*Bring this to a boil and cover and cook on low flame for ten minutes
*When the rice is cooked.. Your biryani is ready
