Direction

Step-1

Take a pan add ghee fry the onions, add salt and turmeric them add ginger garlic paste let it cook for few minutes until ginger and garlic loses raw flavors

Step-2

Add chopped capsicum, tomato chopped sort it and let it cook for few minutes on a medium flame

Step-3

Add chicken and sort so that all the masala and ghee should be attached to chicken and let it cook for few minutes until the water which came out of chicken evaporated

Step-4

Then add the chosen chicken biriyani or pilaf masala and sort for two minutes on a low flame

Step-5

Take a rice cooker or pressure cooker add rice and water in to it

Step-6

Add the gravy which was cooked along with chicken in that and cook for 20 to 30 minutes until the water evaporates

Step-7

Water should be just enough to cook rice here I took 1/2 cup of rice so I added 1 cup of water you could take less than that so that the rice won’t get mashed

Step-8

And pilaf is ready garnish with cilantro or coriander leafs and serve
