Ingredients for chicken and egg fried rice
- › chicken 150gms
- › eggs 2
- › onion
- › carrot
- › capsicum
- › cabbage
- › spring onion
- › oil
- › light soya sause
- › white pepper
- › salt for taste
- › ginger
- › garlic
- › rice 50gms
Method
1. boil chicken in a bowl adding Salt and water
2. after boiling make it small pieces with fork r with hands
3. add oil and fry all veggies after that add eggs and chicken
4. and add rice mix well
5. add soya sause and white pepper and spring onion to garnish
6. serve hot
