How to make Chicken 65 ( Keto )

Step-1

Marinate the chicken with 1 tsp salt, half tsp pepper, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp vinegar and chopped curry leaves (good amount)

Step-2

Crack an egg into the chicken and mix and coat the chicken well

Step-3

On a pan take some ghee and fry the chicken nicely until nice and red and keep it aside

Step-4

Put the rest of the ghee in the pan, add some mustard seeds and let them cook and crack, then add some cumin seeds and cook it well too, now add dried red chilli and let it cook in the ghee, add another tsp of ginger garlic paste and let it cook

Step-5

Add curry leaves to this and let it become crunchy, now the tadka is ready

Step-6

In a cup take the curd and put some red chilli powder and salt in it and mix it well

Step-7

Add the curd to the pan and mix the ingredients well together so all of it incorporates well

Step-8

Add the chicken to the pan and let the masala coat it well

And there you have it! Your chicken 65 is ready to be enjoyed!
