Ingredients for Chia yogurt delight with jelly
- › Thick yogurt 100 gm
- › Mixed chopped fruit 75 gm
- › Chia seeds 5 gm
- › Jelly 1/3rd packet
1. Soak chia seeds in a little water for 10 minutes.Add Mixed chopped fruit -any fruit to the yogurt. Add the chia seeds. Sweeten with stevia. Prepare jelly by mixing jelly crystals in hot water and cooling it. Use less water than given on directions in pack to make it thick and stiff. Top bowl with fruit slices and jelly. Enjoy.
